Want to Make Content for OhCleo? Here's How

How do I succeed with my content?

We don’t know what will make all the women yearning for more but we can share with you what has been successful among our listeners from our first year of making content..

Whether you are telling a story and telling the listener what’s happening or whispering dirty to the listener, building the story, characters and setting can be important.

When you talk directly to your listener:

It's you and the listener. Bring them with you.

It's the chance for the listener to have an intimate encounter with their favorite voice. The time is now, the place is here. Heavy breathing, moaning, and sharing direct intimacy is welcome. Describe how you want to touch them, how you are feeling and thinking so they can share the moment with you. Don't be over-the-top, but show that you are engaged, aroused and interested. Think about being in the moment with the listener.

Be conversational. Be natural. Be comfortable.

If it feels right to moan, great. If it doesn't - that's also fine. Try to tap into how you might talk to a real lover (even if the persona isn't your own). When you are in bed with a lover, how does your voice sound? Tap into that.

When you are telling a sexy story:

Perform it as if you are telling a sexy story to a friend or lover. You should react to what's happening in the story.

These are stories to inspire and arouse. Your voice should reflect the sexiness of the situation (most people's voices become lower, get 'thicker' sounding and slow in pace when aroused - we would love to hear that in your voice too).

Remember, it's not an audiobook - try not to sound like you are reading. A slower pace is almost always better than faster. Try to keep a conversational tone in your delivery, as if you are telling a friend or lover about a sexy experience.

Kinks, Language and Consent

Where do we draw the line, and where should you?

We take our listeners' physical, emotional and psychological safety seriously. This means in our content, consent, communication, trust and respect are non-negotiable. Incorporating toys or accessories is fine, but do so in a safe way and with the correct terminology.

For example, if you want to describe a bondage scene, don't use metal handcuffs where the person restrained is bearing any weight on them - that could be dangerous to the wearer. Yes, it's audio, but that doesn't mean we should disregard safety, especially when modeling BDSM or other play.

Establish consent. ALWAYS establish consent. No rape, no 'blurred lines' - we want enthusiastic consent.

What kinks are OK? What aren't?

We don't allow anything illegal - so no drug use, for example.

Currently we are not accepting content including most edge play or more extreme kinks like scat, blood, watersports, knife play, rape play, race play or incest play. We are also highly cautious around hypnosis or other consensual non-consent scenarios.

Are you unsure about a kink? Ask us: oh@ohcleo.com.

Can I say @#$%&!?

Probably! Cock, cunt, pussy, dick, tits, fuck, all that is fine. Whatever language works for you. Exceptions:

* We don't use any derogatory terms for groups (like the n-word, or calling someone a derogatory name based on their religion or sexual orientation).

* If you want to use words like whore, slut, etc - it should be very clear that it is in the context of a situation that anyone involved is consenting to that name-calling.

Quality Matters

Audio quality is a key determinant to getting on the app - no matter how sexy the story, or gorgeous the voice - if it sounds like you recorded in a tin can, it's not gonna happen. So how do you get good quality audio? Check out this post! To listen to audios we like, check out our app and see what's new.
