You might even find yourself less likely to come down with nasties like influenza or even a garden variety cold. Talk about benefits.
Your brain function might be boosted
Chances are you’re familiar with the recommendation to “work smarter, not harder.” Well, as it turns out, pledging to have sex more often might be just what you need to manifest that empowering adage. According to a study published in the Archives of Sexual Behavior, folks over the age of 50 who made sure to have sex on the reg had better memory function than those who didn’t. Even if you’re much younger and enjoying a youthful libido (and brain), that’s promising news!
